We all need\u00a0inspiring messages sometimes.<\/p>\n
But when it comes to reproducing leaders, “lectures” are the absolute least effective way of helping people transform and remember a set of skills or information.<\/p>\n

Jesus was brilliant. He\u00a0modeled and interacted with those he\u00a0trained\u00a0for leadership. \u00a0And he sent them\u00a0out to immediately teach what they had learned.<\/p>\n
We can do the same!<\/p>\n
I took a group of 20 YWAM students out to a local university (UCCS)\u00a0this week for a DiscipleX<\/a> training. I modeled and interacted around Four rhythms of movements – Pray, Go, Gather, and Guide.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n I model the rhythms\u00a0in real life. Then we\u00a0interact with one another. Each person has an\u00a0opportunity to teach the principles they learned to others.
